There is no doubt we live in a time of depression - psychological, economic, conceptual - and that out of a fear of the unknown and even of the present day we are increasingly looking to the past, and when we give in to thoughts of the future we more easily see it as difficult, dark and dangerous. I do not know if we have reached the bottom of a depression, despondency, and apathy, but times of crisis can also be a time of inspiration in a desire to turn things around, and can strengthen our awareness of the need to carry ourselves out of this lethargy. Željko Šegvić is evidently among those who do no give in to the situation at hand, he is one who does not give up on looking towards the future.
