engineer Željko Šegvić, a native of Split, has together with his son Josip been working on a project called The New Diocletian's Palace for the more then 11 years. His Work has beed bound into a luxurious book with them same title, and the claims that this project, which would turn Split into a new Dubai, has attracted the interest of investors from the Arabian Peninsula
